All private hire journeys must be booked in advance and are subject to availability and confirmation by RA Rideway Private Hire.
Customers should provide accurate pickup, destination, passenger and journey information when making a booking.
Journey fares and any additional charges will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
Any applicable cancellation charges, waiting charges and refund conditions will be explained before a booking is accepted.

RA Rideway Private Hire accepts online card payments only. Cash payments are not accepted.
Customers will be informed of the total fare before confirming and paying for their booking.
Card payments must be completed through an authorised secure payment service.
Booking confirmation will be provided once payment has been successfully processed and the journey accepted.

Customers may cancel their booking by contacting RA Rideway Private Hire.
48 hours or more before pickup: Full refund.
24 to less than 48 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund.
No-shows: No refund where the customer fails to attend the agreed pickup location.
Operator cancellations: If RA Rideway cancels a booking, the customer receives a full refund.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days, depending on the payment provider.
These terms do not affect customers' statutory rights under applicable UK law.

A payment provider must be connected before customers can pay. Never collect card numbers in this page.
Real dispatch requires secure driver authentication, notifications and server-side assignment to prevent multiple drivers accepting the same job.
Live tracking will require driver permission, location services and secure access for the assigned customer.
Ratings and cancellation records require verified completed bookings. Reviews do not automatically suspend drivers.
Payouts require a verified driver, eligible funds and a supported payment provider.
Customer driver blocks must be enforced by the dispatch service, not just hidden on the website.
Private pricing, company commission, driver documents and administrative controls must stay on a protected server. This public page does not expose or store those details.
